The vision and mission of the HP Ex-Servicemen Welfare Organization is to ensure the holistic welfare, dignity, and socio-economic security of Ex-Servicemen, Widows, and their Dependents in Himachal Pradesh. By strengthening welfare mechanisms, promoting sustainable employment, and enhancing institutional support, the organization strives to honor their service to the nation while enabling their active participation in state and national development.
1. Welfare & Social Security
- Implementation of welfare schemes for Ex-Servicemen, Widows, and Dependents
- Facilitation of pensions, grants, and financial assistance
- Support for medical, housing, and educational needs
2. Employment & Skill Development
- Re-employment assistance in government, PSU, and private sectors
- Skill upgradation and vocational training programs
- Promotion of self-employment and entrepreneurship initiatives
3. Coordination & Grievance Redressal
- Effective coordination with State and Central Government departments
- Timely resolution of grievances through transparent mechanisms
- Strengthening outreach through district and camp offices
